Keratin question

(Pic in comments. Didn’t upload somehow)
I’ve had keratin treatment three times now. Latest time I’m left with weird kinks at a certain part of the back of my head. Any idea why? Have I just got a weird curl pattern starting or is this to do with the keratin?

I didn’t wash it for three days after and can’t think of anything I could have done that would have caused this. I’m so careful.

I can’t seem to straighten it away. If it do manage to flatten it a bit it pops back up again in an hour or so.

I’m scared to get another until I figure out what the problem is.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Try on

I just downloaded the app today. Uploaded a pic for my virtual try on and the first outfit I tried was exactly me in the outfit, same house background etc. Second outfit was me but in a different background - fine. Third outfit was a really bad AI version of me on a beach (not worried about the backgrounds). Every one since then has just been a model that has my colour and build rather than me. Is that normal? It seems like the first one worked as I expected and then from there on every pic got less and less me until they stopped even trying to look like me. Do I need to upload a new pic every time I try on?
