Application For Certification - HELP!!
Hi everyone, I’m a bit confused and wanted to know if anyone has experienced something similar with ECFMG/Intealth.
I completed Step 1, Step 2 CK, OET Medicine, and I already received my physical ECFMG Certificate by mail earlier this year.
However, when I log into MyIntealth, I still see the following case:
Case Type: Application for Certification
Case Status: Pending Credential Verification
What confuses me is: how can my certification still be “pending credential verification” if ECFMG already issued and mailed my certificate?
I also recently received an additional $200 charge related to this same case (“Application for Certification”), which I paid because it appeared officially in the portal.
I attached a screenshot of exactly what appears in my platform.
Has anyone else seen this happen after already being certified? Could this just be an Intealth migration/system issue, or should I be worried that something is still missing from my medical school verification?
