Green yellow light spot on top center of my new glasses when I'm near light sources
Hello. I've had high myopia and astigmatism for years. My new glasses are from Modo. This is my first time using this brand (they don't have a frame around the lenses, picture below). I did the glasses at Zeiss with the Smartlife 174 Gold Blueguard (first time using Gold, I don't remember my previous lenses but it was some 174 before Gold was released).
When I tested the glasses, the first thing I noticed were some yellow light spots on the top center of the lenses. They were really annoying, so I mentioned this to the sellers and they tested my 2 glasses (the new one and the old one that I was wearing) and they told me that both glasses did that. I put my old one back and I had to pay close attention to notice that in fact on the far top edge there was a very subtle blue spot on each lens. But it was so subtle that I literally never noticed these spots on any other glasses that I used in the last +20 years.
So, my problem is: I've been trying to use these new glasses for a few days but the spots in this new model are super annoying, especially at night when the lights are on. They're closest to the center of my vision and they're stronger as well compared to my old one. Is this a lens fabrication problem? Or is it something to do with the Modo frame or the Gold lenses? I am considering returning but honestly I don't know what to change or how to complain. Can someone give me some help?
Thanks.
