I have been going back and forth on whether I should sell my rental property or keep it. I gave the property to a property management company last year to manage. I have been getting hit with a lot of expenses on a monthly basis. I am no longer in the area where the property is located. I also have another investment property that is good cash flow that I will be keeping for a very long time. Here is the breakdown:

Purchased 2016-$255,000

Current Value- $430,000 estimated

Current Mortgage-$1650

Rental Income-$1940

Property Management-$140

Just looking to get everyone's thought on this.

Hi All,

I know this has been asked a few times, but I will be moving into the area in the middle of June. I have kind of narrowed down a list of apartments and deciding between 100 Park at Wyomissing and Franklin Manor Apartments. Any thoughts or recommendations.
