I wish this game had different Elo for each role.

How do you guys learn a new role without tanking your MMR? Normal games always feel like a fiesta and half the group is typically just limit testing or just not taking game flow seriously. I currently play MID/ADC at a gold level but want to play some competitive kayle games. If I take Kayle into normals, people dont really care to pressure me early so it is not a good learning experience and then I scale too easily. If I take into ranked gold, I am pretty sure I will go 0/5/0 by 15 minutes which is a waste of my time and my teams.

Am I recommended to have 4 alt accounts for each role? (supp not needed since i play that as secondary on the ADC account and win rate is fine on multiple champs). I made my first alt to learn mid but now both accounts are gold so I do not have a great learning account. Is there an easy way to just get a level 30 account?
