I heard there are neighborhoods nearby with shuttles or places to park and walk? (I don’t mind a walk at all!)

Hello! I bought a normal ticket and a student ticket back in January! My regular ticket shipped (YAY) but my Fevo ticket has had absolute radio silence.
Nothing was sent to my inbox, and I can only get automated replies! I have my order number, but no other kind of confirmation!
