I’ve had a permanent residence card, the three fold tan paper one, that is now expired yesterday. I’ve lived in the Lisbon area for over 17 years now and last time I had my card renewed was with SEF. is this fairly easy to get renewed in AIMA? I tried calling them but no luck and from what I’ve read here they don’t answer the phone. Any advice would help please and especially what kind of timeframe to be expected.

I searched for an answer but can’t find anything relevant to the paper residence card, just VISA card and citizen cards.
