Hey all, plans have changed if you caught my last post. My partner’s job ended up landing near Six Crossings (let me know if that’s not the right name for it, that’s what her boss told us). Link for original post at the bottom, but here’s the short breakdown of what we need:

Laundry in unit in some way (no laundromat trips)
Pet friendly (one cat)
Parking (street is fine)
500+ sqft is preferred

Budget $1500 /mo plus utilities

My partner and I are looking to move from out of state to around the Avondale or Bucktown area around July 1st. She's guaranteed a job transferring up there, so we're working around that. She'd like to have an hour walk or less commute if possible. Our other requirements are:
Pet friendly (one cat)
Parking (one car, very flexible on type of parking)
Laundry - flexible, we just don't want to go to a laundromat
Square footage is flexible too, though we'd like at least 500sqft. The higher the better of course.

A virtual tour would be fantastic since we're coming in from out of state. We visited a few weeks ago and we love both areas!

Budget is a firm $1500/mo plus utilities.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that her potential jobs are located just north of I90/94, so we’re open to some areas north of Avondale and Bucktown, we just haven’t seen too many places available
