I just wanted to post here to celebrate that I got on the scale this morning and weighed in at 129.9! 107lbs lost in just under a year (2.5mg for 3 months, 5mg for 3 months, 7.5mg for 5.5 months). If anyone is curious, my doctor and I decided I’ll be staying on 7.5mg but stretching my shots out to every 10-14 days.

Truly never thought I would get there and this sub has been so helpful!

To those just starting their journey, it may seem like “goal” is so far away but you can do it! Keep pushing and this sub is such an amazing resource.
