So basically the contractor i hired extended my rcc homes roof by 1 feet in my neighbours property and my neighbour wants it gone . So that idiot used chisels and a hammer for that job , the only good thing is that's an extension of the slab on the other side of the beam . So my question is that structure compromised (it has rained for a month no leaks)?

So that idiot used chisels and a hammer for that job , the only good thing is that's an extension of the slab on the other side of the slab (refer the image) . So my question is that structure compromised (it has rained for a month no leaks)?
