I’m starting to look to detached home purchases in the Surrey/Langley area. Primarily the Clayton area.

I’m looking at home that would have mortgage helpers, possibly a 2 bed helper or 2 bed n 1 bed helper

I’m curious to know what people with mortgage helpers are paying in utilities
