Hi everyone!

We just bought 1 of 6 townhouses. People are slowly moving in over the past few months. How do we go about appointing a corporation manager? Is it just a matter of getting all the owners together and appointing someone to be the manager?

How does the community title fees work? Do we all agree on X amount per quarter? E.g. $200 per quarter?

Will the manager need to open a separate bank account to have all the funds coming through?

This is all new to me, and unless one of my 5 other neighbours take the initiative, how do i go about this? :/

Hi everyone! Recently moved into 1 of 6 townhouses where we have shared bins. I noticed someone has been putting general waste into yellow recycle, and also people not flattening their boxes before putting into yellow bins. It's very frustrating and i don't want to be the bin police. Has anyone had similar experience and how did you mitigate this?
