Hi everyone!
We just bought 1 of 6 townhouses. People are slowly moving in over the past few months. How do we go about appointing a corporation manager? Is it just a matter of getting all the owners together and appointing someone to be the manager?
How does the community title fees work? Do we all agree on X amount per quarter? E.g. $200 per quarter?
Will the manager need to open a separate bank account to have all the funds coming through?
This is all new to me, and unless one of my 5 other neighbours take the initiative, how do i go about this? :/
