Really hope someone may be able to give some advice here.

I have 4 separate flows that run off their own forms. All have the exact same function build as each other, but for some reason, only one of them is still generating the desired email. Nothing has changed and all are running successfully, with no errors noted.

I have no background in computing or coding, so have learned what little I know as I go, all other errors I’ve managed to sort out, but I am stumped here.

Any help much appreciated!
