If you were hosting friends visiting Joburg who enjoy good food, stylish cafés, and shopping for local art and colorful textiles, where would you take them? They are staying in Rosebank

We are a family of four adults and one toddler spending a few days in Johannesburg. What is the most reliable way to get around the city? Is Uber widely available? What about hiring a private driver — would you recommend that instead?

As we are not from South Africa, we are not very familiar with the local transportation options or any safety considerations we should be aware of. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
