$1000-$1500 in USA

I live in USA, specifically Maryland. My budget for a laptop is about $1000 to $1500. I need a laptop for daily use like school work aswell as heavy ai use and coding + gaming like valorant and modded minecraft. Battery life should be decent but that does not matter when I'm gaming. The build quality should be solid and the laptop itself should be minimalistic and not much design going on. I don't like macbooks so there's that. What are the best laptops I should look at and consider buying?
