Which Reacher villains would you most want to see analyzed?

Which Reacher villains would you most want to see analyzed?

The Kliners would be the top choice, because that whole family is rotten. Kliner Sr.'s dialogue when Reacher and Finlay interview him at his office says it all about his smug, self-righteous mindset under the guise of 'contributing to the town of Margrave'. During the climax, Kliner Jr. is projecting his own sentiments onto the rhino he boasted about hunting and tried doing the same to Reacher, before facing his due comeuppance.

Paul Van Hoven and Xavier Quinn come in second, particularly because the novel version of the former is much more diabolical than on-screen. Paulie meets the common profile of a criminal who dealt with child abuse and tried to shed his feelings of inadequacy by abusing steroids. Quinn/McCabe had a sealed juvy record which caused him to slip through the cracks when getting picked for a job in military intelligence. He suffered antisocial personality disorder, tortured animals as a child and did the same to Dominique.

Azhari Mahmoud and Shane Langston don't have as much depth as the other villains seen so far, at least at first glance. But if there's more to it than meets the eye, it could work.

How to do PPI for delivered vehicle?

I'm active duty military and about to get re-stationed stateside this October once my current tour in Japan concludes. I intend to buy a car when I arrive at my new place of duty but if I find a good car that meets my criteria (6-cylinder sedan, under 15K) that is outside my local area but is listed as 'deliverable', how can I ensure I get a good deal?

Specifically, I am trying to figure out how to best conduct a pre-purchase inspection once the vehicle is in my possession, before choosing to pony up the dough. Let's just say for arguments' sake that the car I receive turns out to be a lemon and I decide to return it to the dealer. Would I be responsible for paying the return-delivery costs?

If any of you have any experience with PPI on a delivered vehicle, I'd love to hear about your process.

It was established by JK Rowling that Dolores Umbridge got her due comeuppance but also by due process, considering she was given a trial unlike many other targets of injustice (Hagrid, Sirius, etc). She was subsequently sentenced to life in Azkaban for her crimes against muggle-borns following the ministry downfall.

There's been plenty of fanfics outlining her trial, but the most overlooked detail is the role of the disgraced former minister during the court proceedings. Similar to the Nuremberg trials, Umbridge likely would have played the "just following orders" defense, to no avail. Her former boss would probably be called upon to act as a character witness for the defendant. Question is, which side is more likely to subpoena Fudge, the prosecution or the defense?

If the defense called for Fudge to appear, his already shattered reputation couldn't possibly be made any worse. But he would likely be the defense counsel's only saving grace, though remote. Interestingly, the prosecution would have a helluva field day with Fudge upon cross examination.

On the flip side, the prosecution wouldn't need Fudge to build their case so they wouldn't even bother with a court summons. If the former minister wanted to try for even the smallest bit of redemption despite the fact that it would do only a small semblance of good for himself. If he had the courage of his convictions, he would offer testimony for the purpose of nailing his former secretary to a cross.

Let me know what you guys think about Fudge's role in the trial, if he partook in it or merely stood by as an observer.
