Arborvitae new buds are mostly brown at the very top tipsx
We just had green giant arborvitae’s planted last year. It’s been extremely dry this spring despite frequent deep soaks by hand. The tips of the arborvitae’s on the sun exposed side are all mostly brownish on the top.. not so much on the bottom or the shaded sides.. Will these be able to push out new growth or is everything going to be brown and dead pretty soon?
