Is SCITT more/less employable

So i’m currently in my application process for teach training courses in the UK and want to know if doing a course that is school led rather than uni led better or worse for employability?

for further context i graduated in fine art last summer and want to teach art & design

i fairly certain i want to do a SCITT course as i know id more suited to hands on learning and being essentially thrown into the school. im just fearful as i remember a lecturer a while back saying to avoid SCITT courses (but she probably just wanted us to take the uni pgce course).

any advice greatly appreciated

had some really nice people pop into my work today handing these leaflets out for hospo workers to get together to talk about how to start unionising. they were both lovely and really genuine lads, and they said free pints & pizza at the event which is always a winner
