I didn't get enough light on these early on and they stretched. Other than that, doing alright with roots showing and about ready to transplant.

But I'm concerned about the roots growing out the sides of the stalk above the medium and am wondering if I should bury that part when I transplant them so those roots can continue developing in the soil? But on the other hand, I've always heard the stem of the cannabis will rot if you bury it instead of growing roots out of it (like a tomatoe would). So I ask my grow buddies, what are my next steps here?
