Am I cooked for Ivy league with currently a 3.8 gpa uw?

I'm interested in history and want to major in it for , but I'm not 100%. I want to go to an Ivy League law school, and it would be better if I went to an Ivy League for undergrad in history. However, I took AP Physics and AP Calc AB this year as a sophomore and I didn't do that well in those exams, and in AP Physics I ended up with a B+ first semester. How important would these classes be as I don't want to major in stem? AP Calc ab is also 3 years ahead of my school math curriculum.

Also: I can improve my GPA by dropping the high school math classes I took in middle school from my transcript, which are the only classes that brought it down. However, I don't know if it is worth it if colleges think I failed.
