Best ai to practice speaking

Hi everyone,
I have my TOEFL exam in about 2 weeks, and I’m struggling mostly with listening and speaking. During academic lectures, I miss information.
My current level is around:
Reading: 4.5
Listening: 4.5
Writing: 4
Speaking: 4
I’m trying to improve my listening and speaking to around 5.
What helped you improve your TOEFL scores quickly?
Which websites, YouTube channels, apps, or practice resources did you use the most?
Any advice for note-taking during lectures would also help a lot. Thank you!

Is toefl exam getting harder now? I took it 2 months ago ( new one) and i want to repeat it to get the score that i want, but someone said that is getting harder .
