Should I take pricing into account when writing scripts?

This might be a dumb question so sorry in advance, but when writing comic scripts for artists, should I take the pricing of each page in account too? So basically I wanna write a script in hopes an artist will turn it into a comic for me in the future and I know it can be expensive per page, so I often shorten the amount of panels in a page or try to use less pages so that it’ll be cheaper for when I eventually pitch it to an artist. The issue is, there’s so much to tell in the story and reducing the panels and pages doesn’t allow for me to express everything I want in the story. This can be like dialogue and some fight scenes and other stuff. It’s a fantasy and action story so I know people are mainly gonna be reading for the action anyway, but I do think it’s want my characters to feel human. Should I take the pricing into account or just write without worrying abt that? Or is there a way to do both in a way?
