Hi everyone, my H-1B renewal was filed in May of last year, and my 240-day work authorization period expires in less than a month. We upgraded to premium processing, but it has been over 80 days and I still haven’t received a decision. I called USCIS and contacted my Congressman’s office, but both options require action/authorization from my company’s attorneys, so I haven’t been able to move forward on my own. Is anyone in the same or a similar situation? Has anyone had a long-delayed H-1B premium processing case approved recently? I’m really scared of losing my ability to work after the 240 days.
