Confused about Taipei aespa resale tickets delivery (TixCraft/Tuoyan?) — need advice
Hi everyone, I’m currently trying to buy Taipei aespa LIVE TOUR tickets from an online reseller and I’m a bit confused about how the ticket delivery works.
The reseller told me that the tickets will only be delivered around 5 days before the event. I asked if there’s at least any Gmail/email confirmation or proof beforehand, but she said the ticketing is handled by “Tuoyan” and that the tickets can be picked up in person instead.
I’m confused because when people buy tickets originally, don’t they usually already enter their delivery address/details? If that’s the case, can the reseller even change the address later? Or is Taipei ticketing usually collection-based instead of mailed out?
Has anyone bought resale tickets for Taipei concerts before, especially for aespa/K-pop concerts in Taiwan?
Is this normal?
Are tickets really only released a few days before the event?
What proof should I ask the reseller for to stay safe?
If it’s in-person pickup, how does transferring ownership work?
