Journey to the West Lines
As part of my Shambala story, the Wandering Monk and her group all got lines! The lines reflect the origins of each of the members:
Hakubamon references the Water Dragon that ate Tang Sanzang's horse by mistake, and so with the help of a buddha transformed into a replacement horse for the monk to ride. In my story, Gokuwmon is instead asked to get some Mystical Beast data for Seadramon to absorb so it can slide-evolve into Hakubamon.
Cho-hakkaimon represents the pig who was originally a heavenly general or something that got caught trying to flirt with Chang'e, which is Jougamon in this setting. In my story, it's more like Antylamon was overly jealous of Jougamon, and she made the mistake of trying to take her golden suit while she was bathing. For this theft, she was transformed and sent out of the Celesstial realm.
Sagomon represents the heavenly general who somehow managed to break a vase or something, and got sent to earth as a sand-river demon. I feel like ArkhaiAngemon might just have forgotten how big his staff was and accidentally knocked it over while attending one of Susanoomon's (Who replaces the Jade Palace Emperor in my story) events.
Bailongmon is my recolor of Huanglongmon, and is the Heavenly Dragon counterpart to Huanglongmon's Earth Dragon. Unlike it's cousin that remains in the core of the Digital World, Bailongmon takes residence within one of the moons, occasionally erupting to destroy interstellar threats before they can affect the Digital World. He's basically the Rayquaza of my story.
