Context: I live in Boston so things are pretty close and I can walk or get public transport to places

I just got back from a one week trip in Jacksonville to see my aunt and cousins, and this was my 4th time in Jacksonville and my experience of Jacksonville so far is suburb, road, strip mall, Walmart, suburb, road, strip mall and Walmart, rinse and repeat. Is this just the region my cousins live in or is Jacksonville just like that?

My rg ds has a very weird charging power. When I plug it in it says it has 50% battery but it never goes beyond that and the most strange part is, when I unplug it my rg ds turns off and doesn't turn on. My rg ds is working but only when plugged in and it perpetually stays at 50%
