Been feeling a little meh since not losing much weight last two weeks (only week 6 so I need to suck it up!), so took some photos to compare to og before photos taken 23rd March. Motivation back now I can see the difference. I’d say mostly bloating reduction and as a tall lady weighting 125kg, I still have a looooong while to go but happy to see these small differences already.

Question - Would you move up if your appetite is suppressed, food noise has gone but you haven’t lost more than 0.2 kg in two weeks? I need to order my next pen, am on 5 and am wondering do I wait it out or move up? Maybe it’s just a temporary stall. I count calories and aim for 1600 per day which I’ve been hitting and about 100g protein. Need to get 140 ideally but struggling with this a little. I know the area I need to improve massively is drinking enough water.

I’ve managed to lose 9.3 kg in nearly 6 weeks, which I’m so happy about. I feel confident in my diet and understanding of protein, nutrition and calories. I’m the lightest I’ve been in like 5 years (still heavy with a lot of weight to go).

But.. I need help with exercise tips!

I’m a mother to two under two, not possible to go to the gym. I walk a lot but need more strength training that I can juggle around the chaos of a toddler and baby.
