Hey everyone,

I’ve been building a product solo for the past few months and it’s now very close to launch.

Quick context — it’s a website builder, but focused less on “design” and more on outcomes. The sites generated are meant to be SEO-ready and lead-ready from day one, so someone can actually start getting business instead of just having a static site.

Where I’m at:

- MVP is working end-to-end

- Core system (generation + editing + layouts) is in place

- Currently polishing UX and improving output quality

- Haven’t pushed it publicly yet → no users/traction so far

Now I’m hitting that classic fork:

Do I:

- Launch this solo, get initial users, and figure things out along the way

or

- Bring in a co-founder now (someone stronger on growth / product / distribution) before putting it out there

Also wondering how people think about early investors at this stage — is it pointless without traction, or worth starting conversations early?

Would appreciate any real experiences (especially from people who were in a similar spot).

Thanks!
