Hi! I was hoping to get some advice, I called FSA and they really did not give me much guidance.

I have 8 loans total and I am currently working on PSLF with my 120th month being September 2026.

However, 4 of those loans are FFEL and do not qualify for PSLF. I know I need to consolidate those.

My question is , with me being so close to the 120, if I should wait to consolidate just my FFEL loans until after I hit my 120 and all my 4 qualifying loans are forgiven OR should I just take the risk and consolidate all 8 loans now and take the hit of the weighted qualifying payment average extending my PSLF payment time?

With me being so close, I have no idea how to play this and some guidance would be greatly appreciated!
