gem suggestions

i have:
R3 pain clasp
R2 vipers bite
R3 mothers lament
R3 specter glass (awakened)
R6 berserkes eye
R2 power & commend
R3 fervent fang
R1 leviathan tomb
i just got 2 jade from mirror event. first i gonna replace with venom but then i would lose the continues damage for pain clasp and i dont think my build has it either. and whats your overall suggestions?
