It seems that I'm SLOW AS FUCK! Help pleaseee

Hello guys.. So I just started a cool warehouse picker job as a temp (not sure because I'm recently arrived to the country, but it would seem like its almost the only way to get in at a warehouse), in Denmark a little short of 1 month already in.

We were told that at first (2-3) weeks they would not expect us to be fast or expect us to hit targets, but that ofcourse they would track our performances, and value willingness and so on. Even if they haven't told me anything now, I consider that period to be over already.

As mentioned, they didn't reach out to tell me anything about it, but I have yet to hit the "simbolic" daily targets, not even close actually.
Depending on the factor (can you explain how that thing works, actually?) I'm mostly expected to hit 170-180cases/hour, and I move between 120-130. I had a few good days where I hit 140 but that only happened once or twice.

The thing I'm having trouble with is building the pallet, ofcourse. But not building it properly, I have been told many times by different coworkers that my pallets look really good, but that is only because I take way too much time getting the shit right, and I have realized that its the number one problem I have, overthinking the pallet building, not finding the equilibrium between fast and good enough not to go to shit.

I usually have medium/small boxes. Starting with juices/milks/drinks, yoghurts (these are usually the ones that give me the most trouble), cheesses, cold meat, etc. Usually these last ones dont give me as much trouble, but the challenge is getting there with a decent pallet.

Luckily I have many cool coworkers that sometimes stop and without saying a word help me and re-arrange some boxes, tell me to do X and so on.. but they all have their own, different ways so there are many strategies..

But yeh this shit got too long already, so please, give me your advice on how to get better, faster at building my pallets please!
