Hey, a couple of weeks ago I posted about an issue I had with a forwarding service from the US and u/The_Anime_Enthusiast offered to help out.
I was worried that the item would sell out quickly because it had sold out before, but I was pleasantly surprised when the item was ordered the same day I contacted them.
It was a vinyl record and so I thought it might arrive damaged on the long journey from the US, but it was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition.
Honestly, I had no clue how any of this worked and had never heard of this subreddit before, and at first I was kinda concerned about getting scammed, but the transparency about costs and what the next steps were eased my worries.
So, if I ever need this service again, I'll ask u/The_Anime_Enthusiast and can definitely recommend them.
