SNCO barracks inspections
Just caught a gunny going through his platoons rooms with the barracks manager ( a Cpl ). The marines were not present and didn’t know it was happening at all. Nor was it a health and comfort . As far as I’m aware for any room inspection the marine has to be present and for health and comforts the marine is to be given a 24 hour notice. I also want to clarify that he was going through the rooms to check for cleanliness / inspection. It was not for some type of maintenance. Is there an order I can reference to determine weather this is allowed ? Because at the end of the day it doesn’t matter what rank it is anyone could steal shit / go through your shit without you knowing.
