I bought a scanner from B&H Photo and had it shipped to me in another country. I am thinking of buying the 2-Year Allstate Protection Plan as it has worldwide coverage. The scanner was $539 and the protection plan is $44.99.

Has anyone from outside the USA ever claimed from Allstate and been successful? I have read stories of Allstate denying claims even if they were legitimate and I am worried, because I am not in the USA, that it will make it even easier for them to deny my claim if I ever need to file one.
