Hey all. So I had this experience when I was around 12 years old. I was riding my bike down the street and hit a bump in the road. The handlebar got away from me and sent me flying towards a light/telephone pole.

This pole was old and gnarled wood with nails sticking out of it. I remember yelling and shutting my eyes tight wishing I wasn’t about to hit this mangled pole. Then, I opened my eyes and I was on the other side of it. I swear I felt myself about to make impact with this pole, it was that close. Then poof, I’m on the other side of the concrete with no injuries.

Just a weird situation that always stuck with me
