Hey guys, I uploaded my document all in English not in Italian without the apostille for MBBS taught in English, what do i do? I really wanna cry

I am international applicant who will apply for medicine taught in English at Istanbul Okan Uni

Can anyone who is studying there give me a feedback about the professors do they speak english only to explain lectures or they mix it with Turkish cause I don’t understand Turkish?

Also the environment in general? Is it friendly?
