I'm an LPR from Kazakhstan get my Green card as EB2 NIW in 2024 then filed 824 form for my kids we are already at the interview stage at the embassy of Kazakhstan but our country is one of the 75 pause list
Maybe someone know because we don't fit into the adoption category and asylum category, but not the marriage also
I couldn't find where our case relates
