I'm currently on the job hunt right now, and it's brutal. I admittedly SUCK at interviewing because I get so nervous, no matter how much I prep. Any advice that you have for improving my interview skills would be super appreciated (esp if you are visibly queer/trans and live in a more conservative area, as I feel like I'm fighting an uphill battle already)
