As title. They didn’t put that as such in writing, but sent her their immigration lawyer’s breakdown of the costs for which she had to pay out of pocket. Total cost for her was around $5200, which included the lawyer’s fee of $1800. Do we have any recourse, and how would we go about it (complaint to USCIS, DOL, or find a lawyer to send a complaint letter)? Complicating things is this was her previous employer and is located in a different state (NJ) than we live in now (NC).
