I have found myself with a 17 hour layover in Shanghai an was wondering if anyone had any tips or recommendations on what to do and where to go

I land at 19:00 ish and leave the next day around 13:00. I would like to tick some of the touristy things off like the Bund as well as do some shopping if possible.

Any advice or recommendation are welcome
