Am I getting dragged along or seek 2nd opinion?

39yo female, no daily medications. Previous medical history includes 2 cesarean sections, appendectomy, cervical spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease. Breastfed last 13 years ago for 1 year.

Over the course of a week, my left breast became more tender and swollen. Only way I could describe it was like mastitis. It was noticeable larger, warm to touch and painful to even move my arm. Went to ER, had an ultrasound that found a 5 x 6 x 6 mm, likely cyst, labeled as bi-rads 3, & recieved antibiotics. After 3 days of antibiotics swelling finally went down and about 60% relief. Seen a surgeon, had a mammogram and repeat ultrasound at 3 week mark. The following is from the report: 0.9 x 0.8 x 0.4 cm probably benign likely complicated cyst and/or resolving abscess. B Density tissue. Bi-Rads 3. Surgeon prescribed another different round of antibiotics, stating he wouldn't be able to biopsy the area and isnt sure why its still painful because he cant even feel anything.

What are yalls thoughts? I know typically, cancer isnt painful. But, with the cysts...is this the new normal that my breast hurts now? Its not a painful, i need pain medications, just an annoying dull ache and almost like something is gnawing on the exterior side of my breast. (Cyst is shown at 10am location)

Im scheduled for an emergency set of tests and dont have an option to reschedule. Im under time constraints during the day for school pickup and trying to figure out what to do. Can anyone tell me realistically how long an ultrasound, mammogram and a tomosynthesis breast diagnostic? Its only 1 breast if that changes things. I know this isnt the usual question seen on here, but knew yall would be the most experienced in answering it.
