Just stumbled into the world of mini-PCs. Replacing my old dog of a computer.

Use Cases:

Excel, home streaming, no gaming, Teams, and Adobe(which sucks).

Need: 16gb+, cpu? Not sure, I currently use 2 widescreen 34-inch display port monitors. Looking for a useful life of 4-5 years, would consider buying refurb from large companies Dell, Hp etc. I'm a little wary of Chinese companies' reliability and customer service, etc., though this could be unfounded.

Hoping for some advice from people who know a lot more about this than I, I don't want to be bottlenecked by buying marginal hardware that won't last the 5 years.
