As a big fan of raspberry, I was looking forward to getting my hands on Sunset Splash. I was not disappointed.

While the taste carries an underlining hint of tartness, the raspberry flavor quickly leans into the sweeter side, which is immediately accompanied by the citrusy kick of orange.

The profile is comparable to Monster Ultra Sunrise that’s been reigned in with raspberry. It works very well.

What you get is a really bright, energizing sip. Serve it chilled and you’ll have a perfect companion to get you through early mornings and hot summer afternoons.

My only warning is if you’re highly sensitive to acidic flavors, you may want to give it a pass.

For me, however, this is easily one of my new favorites. Don’t pass this one up.
