What can I do to land a Help desk Internship?

What can I do to land a Help desk Internship?

I am hoping to come here and get some advice. I am a Senior in University based in NY and I am trying to get a helpdesk internship that’ll hopefully lead to a full time job. I am anxious with my senior year starting and internships starting to open up. I’m hoping to get tips on my resume and what I should change or things I should do to help my chances. Also something to note is that I will be hopefully getting my Network+ in 3-4 months. A course I’m taking this fall prepares me for the exam.

Here is my resume

A+ CERTIFIED LETS GOO

After a month and a half of studying I am now A+ certified. I still have a month before school starts and internships open up so I wanna work on a hands on project.

I used Andrew Ramdayal’s Udemy course and Jason Dion’s practice exams. I also listened to Techvault Academies last minute review for both exams maybe 3 times each.

I think the most important thing to do when taking this exam is take your time when preparing and take your time when your actually taking the exam. I literally flagged any questions I wasn’t sure about, went back and was able to get it immediately somehow.

Anyways I’m so happy since it’s my first certification, I’ll be working on my Net+ now!
