I start my low iodine diet next week for my radioactive iodine treatment (first time). I’m stressing about the low iodine diet and what I’m going to eat for the 2 weeks.
I got a list of things to avoid and things that are okay to eat but I’d love to hear any suggestions from those who have gone through it. What worked well for you?
