CFO Command Circle Control module stuck on “loading…” while Growth Loop displays normally.
Description:
Customer reports that the Growth Loop framework renders correctly, including all workflow steps (Map workflows, Fix & automate, Align marketing, Report performance, Improve, Scale, Repeat).
However, the CFO Command Circle Control section remains in a persistent “loading…” state and does not display any additional content.
Root Cause:
Delayed configuration/data sync prevented the CFO module from initializing. Growth Loop component unaffected.
Resolution:
Configuration sync completed. CFO Command Circle Control now loads as expected. No customer action required.
Next Steps:
Monitor initialization times. If the loading state persists beyond 10 minutes in future occurrences, customer should reopen the ticket for further investigation.
