I have been doing in-home ABA for almost 2 years now and I’m starting a clinic position soon. I’m comfortable working with behaviors in the home setting, but I’ve never managed escalations or behaviors in a clinic setting before. I’ve also only really worked independently, so I’ve never worked alongside other techs during sessions either. For anyone who’s done school/clinic settings, what advice helped you most when transitioning from in-home sessions? How different does working with behaviors in a clinic setting feel compared to in-home?
