To ADHD adult gamers

What is your favorite thing to do on your days off from work? I don’t know what it is, but i usually don’t find building things for fun until I start playing a game. I enjoy Farm Sim 25. I wake up extra early, take my medicine, and just hyper focus on building a property on one of my maps. There are other things away from screen time I do to relax but something about building things on a game just hits all those relax points. Idk why. I wish I had the drive to physically build things. But obviously it takes more physical time and money. I feel much happier when I can imagine and build with the push of a button.

What does your day off consist of when you relax?

Inventory Operations Manager but my job title is Lot Manager…

I’ve been a lot manager for going on 14 or so years. I enjoy it. Less drama. But recently my duties went through the roof and idk if I’m being taken advantage of? Or if management has no clue… I used to be the guy that moved cars around and made window stickers as well as keeping cars fueled up. Now within the last 12 months, I’m checking in new and pre-owned units, documenting damages and making claims on brand new inventory whenever needed when dropped off my transport. Taking high-quality photos of all units that come in after going through detail. Inventory audits alongside the GSM, such as verifying each unit on the lot and marking what units are missing/sold. Coordinating what units go on the main lot and what gets sent to our overflow lot. Start up all new units, inspect for mechanical issues (dead battery is really common) constantly building logs for vehicle location on a daily basis and status, constantly filling gaps on the lot, fixing what service porters don’t park correctly, fixing what detail doesn’t park correctly, coordinating with management about any issues that come up on any unit, the list goes on and on. I manage between 200-300 vehicles. On my own. After doing some research, I’m convinced that my job title has changed but not on paper. And if I’m correct, I should be making a much larger paycheck than I am now. So the dreaded question, is management oblivious? Or am I being taken advantage of? 🤔🤔
