Need your suggestion for score improvement :-

I prepared for 3 months using IOW gregmat July August September in 2025 and got 303(160q and 143v) then again prepared for three/four months from Jan,Feb March/April 2026 got 304(155q and 149v)

My goal is to reach at-least 160q and 150v.

What should be my strategy?

Material used :- Manhattan 5lb, Gregmat 1 month /Gregmat IOW.
