I bought a used 2010 corolla from tom gill chevrolet in florence kentucky. Advertised that it has 169,321 miles. Come to find out the odometer doesnt work. Took it to a certified mechanic and best estimate they said they believe it had 230k plus miles. Is this legal? Of course no warranty
